myenergi Ltd is a young, progressive, innovative, and fast-growing company with its HQ born and based right here in Stallingborough, with subsidiaries based in Germany, Benelux, Northern Ireland, Australia and ambitions to open facilities right across the world. We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.

We are recruiting for a Buyer to join our procurement team, the main focus of the role will be buying stock for materials, and scheduling materials in line with demand requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing material requirements, interrogating the need ensuring appropriate scheduling to satisfy production needs.
- Actioning supplier acknowledgements, dealing with all queries / discrepancies.
- Maintaining data in business system, such as lead-times and MOQ's.
- Working closely with suppliers to develop working relationships and implement appropriate stocking and logistics solutions to optimise inventory levels.
- Proactively monitor and ensure PO's are delivered on time.
- Proactively deal with supplier paperwork discrepancies - eg under/over delivery of materials
- Monitor and action invoice queries
- Attend relevant operational accountability meetings
- Monitor and maintain department KPI's eg Inventory levels, Supplier on time delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

- CIPS level 4 desirable but not essential
- Strong EPR / MRP knowledge Microsoft package proficient
- Previous experience of an EPR implementation highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills, being able to work in cross functioning teams (Planning, production, Warehouse, Quality, Finance)
- Ability to work in time sensitive situations.

**Job Type**:Full time, permanent.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
