Sales Progressor

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in exceptional customer service who can liaise with clients on property values at all levels. Our Grimsby Team require a full time Sales Progressor. The successful person takes over the sales process once a buyer has been secured on a property and the role is to liaise with our sellers, their buyers, all solicitors and other people in the chain to ensure the free flowing of communication ensure that once a sale has been agreed all things progress as smoothly as possible to completion.

Maturity and empathy are essential as you will be dealing with clients during what can sometimes be a stressful point in their lives, however the role is very rewarding.

Working hours are Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm.

The salary will comprise of a basic salary plus commission and have an OTE of 25,000.
