**Role***

**As a Property Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of delivering a 5-star service to our Sellers and Buyers. Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing exceptional service to clients**
**- Registering applicants and creating perfect property matches**
**- Conducting property viewings that leave a lasting impression**
**- Prospecting and canvassing to generate valuations and expand our vendor database**
**- Researching and implementing innovative marketing ideas for properties**
**- Collaborating with the mortgage broker and cross-selling other services**

**Skills and Experience**

**While industry experience is preferred, we value your sales prowess and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key qualifications include**:

- Previous sales experience**
**- UK driving license and car (essential for property visits)**
**- Excellent communication skills**
**- Professionalism and impeccable presentation**

**Working Hours**:

- **Wednesday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm, with the requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.**:

- **There's also a possibility to enjoy a shorter workweek - just Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and still 1 in 4 Saturdays**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 23 per week
