We’re also partnered with leading schools, colleges and universities and are rapidly scaling with a view to expanding internationally soon.

As part of our expansion programme we are looking for a multi faceted Talent Acquisition and People Specialist to join our busy HR team and deliver our recruitment strategy

**A snapshot at what you will be doing;**
- Coaching and mentoring the Springpod management team on all pre employment matters including requisition requests and identifying role and people spec's
- Liaising with key stakeholders to create and post job descriptions, to attract the best talents to our Springpod team
- CV and telephone screening to create a shortlist for managers to interview
- Search and selection for our harder to fill specialist roles
- Succession planning and hiring plan management
- Contributing to the wider HR team to grow our approach to attracting, engaging and retaining our people
- Processing job offers and onboarding documentation including DBS checks, Right to work and reference requests
- Supporting with general people queries

Salary £30-£35K dependent on experience
