The opportunity is for an experienced Project coordinator to join a strong service delivery team based in the UK. Working in a fast-paced environment supporting a large global managed customer in a customer solution center.

A great opportunity to join an agile and fast paced service desk, offering best in class support to one of largest Managed Print Service contract within HP. You would be supporting a global technical team.

on business as usual and project work as well as supporting global device fleet movements across a busy estate. This role impacts multiple teams and acts as a project coordinator providing direction

to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.

This is a one-year fixed term contract opportunity.

**Responsibilities**
- Be a focal point for project support within a team evaluating the completion of various phases of projects.
- Support monthly reporting on a bespoke reporting tool.
- Schedule meetings between all of the individuals who will be contributing to a task/Project.
- Review materials created by others and offer suggestions for improvement.
- Edit and approve the final versions of products, using company guidelines as a gauge.
- Present progress and results of tasks to management and other interested parties in person or in digital format.
- Conduct regular analysis of processes and procedures, adjusting when necessary.
- Perform other ad
- hoc tasks as required.
- Establish contact lists of collaborators and update information periodically.
- Identifies and solves varied problems and completes day-to-day tasks with forward planning and mínimal supervision.
- Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals.

- Managing Customer Relationships
- Customer Support
- Working to keep Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reviewing processes and ensuring continual Improvement

**Skills**
- Excellent written communication skills, especially in the English language.
- Customer focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail in evaluating the completion of various phases of a project.
- Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential.
- Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines, budgets, and deadlines
- Results oriented.

**Education & Experience Recommended**
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in customer support, project or team management, or a related field.
