The GelBottle Inc. is on a huge growth trajectory, and we are looking to further grow our team with a** Head of Social **who would enjoy working within a fast paced, vibrant and founder led business, spanning multiple B2B and B2C brands. This role is an integral addition to our team and will work across The GelBottle, TGB Academy, Peacci and Create & Coat brands.

You will take full ownership of our social presence across all brands, with collaboration and support from a wide range of stakeholders internally. Not only will you have a creative eye for feed content, you will also constantly evolve our strategy to keep in line with algorithms, and ensure we are pushing boundaries to lead (not follow) innovation and set trends.
- **Create a social content calendar** in line with marketing activity, new distributor launches and critical moments such as Christmas, Pride and brief the creative team on requirements.
- **Oversee and approve** all plans for social content - making sure every post is in line with our brand aesthetic and is of world class standard. Ensuring all content is positively promoting a product or service we provide.
- **Work with the PR & Partnerships team** to ensure our brands are at the forefront of all social conversations with key influencers and leaders within the nail and beauty industry.
- **Show how we best use our global feeds** to encompass both UK & USA objectives as well as highlighting our global distribution partners.
- **Development and implementation** of revenue driving activity across social channels including affiliate links and partners.

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about bringing impact and has a 'sky’s the limit’ approach to what can be done. As a senior member of the team, you line manage a team of 4 and so previous management experience is essential.
- At ease managing upwards and across a team at varying levels of experience, with integrity, energy, and enthusiasm; able to motivate, inspire and lead resources in a collaborative way.
- Experience within a start up/ fast paced scale up previously.
- Great attention to detail - you will be responsible for the output of you and your team’s, work should be checked against guidelines to ensure it’s of world class standard.
- A natural interest and passion for the beauty industry and desire to be the expert in all things social.
- Experience working across all social platforms, from a global perspective, with the knowledge of what strategy & content works best for one.
- B2B experience is essential.
