**Your Duties**:
**Within this role you will undertake a wide variety of tasks with an element of discretion being applied to making decisions within a defined range of duties, to include**:
- Answering queries via Telephone, Webchat and E-mail.
- Data Entry onto a range of systems.
- Scanning and Filing of confidential documents.
**Your Profile**:
- At least 4 GCSEs including Maths and English.
- IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency at a beginner level.
- Strong communication and Customer Service skills
- Whilst not essential previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
**Additional Information**:
- A Basic Access NI Check is required at a cost of £16.
