- In the role of Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of a change programme
- Coordinating and delivering engagement and communication activities to support the delivery of the organisations vision, goals and values
- Engaging with stakeholders including the public, patients, and staff, and providing advice and guidance
- Monitoring and managing engagement plans, (internally and externally) through all marketing, communications, and engagement channels
- Actively network and build relationships across the service, partner and third sector organisations across North Wales
- Preparing relevant engagement materials including for the presentation at public engagement events
- To be considered for the Engagement Officer job, you must have:
- Experience working in an engagement or communications-based role
- Advanced IT, social media, and presentation skills
- Creative and innovative skills
- Relationship building and interpersonal skills
- The ability to travel frequently across North Wales
- This is a 6-month, temporary role to support the period of change. You’ll be working full time hours, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, on an hourly salary of £13.87 p/h plus holidays.
- The base will be in St Asaph, though a large portion of time will be remote working. Please note, there will be requirements to travel across North Wales on an ad-hoc basis.
