My client is looking for an experienced Housing Officer to join their innovative team

**Responsibilities**:

- To be the main point of contact for all tenancy queries, requests and complaints
- Provide a regular presence in the community engaging with tenants and providing a safe community
- Manage all levels of tenancy arrears through regular engagement and support
- Proactively manage any antisocial behaviour with regular engagement with key stakeholders
- Identify any health and safety concerns faced by any tenants
- Listen to tenant and key stakeholder feedback and drive continuous improvement making suggestions for the benefit of tenants and future tenants
- Ensure community issues and information is regularly communicated and shared
- Maintain and update tenant records and key information

**Skills and experience required**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with sensitive issues
- Ability to work using your own initiative and as a part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Full UK Driving License
