Key Account Administrator

**Requirements**:
- Prepare and upload Quotations onto the CRM
- Upload Purchase orders onto the CRM
- Build relationships with key client account base, external administrators/ Site Admin / Contract Support & coordinate further action required
- Co-ordinating internal and external Account Manager meetings
- Maintaining and updating records
- Co-ordination and attendance of monthly meetings
- Carry out project work as required
- Team Holiday Approvals
- Maintain Client Portals
The Company may at its discretion require the Employee to perform any duties it reasonably considers appropriate to their abilities
**Essential Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Strong previous experience working as an Administrator within a sales team preferential
- Strong Organisational Skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives without instruction
- Experience of working within a fast-paced business
- Excellent Microsoft office skills including Excel/Word/PowerPoint
