The purpose of the Customer Sales & Service Advisor is to service our existing customers and provide them with the highest level of customer service.

**Main Job Missions**
- Retain partnerships, repairers & dealers by delivering on our agreed SLA's.
- Increase renewal sales.
- Take inbound calls from new and existing customers.
- Answer any sales related queries and follow up with customers where appropriate.
- Prepare renewal invitation letters and follow up once sent out.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to offer them warranty renewal.
- Deal with the first stage of customer complaints and ensure they are passed to the correct colleague for investigation.
- Take payments from customers and secure their business.
- Keep product knowledge up to date to ensure customers are offered the correct product to suit their needs.
- Assist Regional Sales Managers with booking appointments and visits.
- Ad hoc support for other departments where required.

**Required Qualifications for this job**

Hard Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)

- Teamwork - being part of a team and working in a collaborative way with others
- Confident speaking to customers over the telephone

- Friendly and professional attitude

Pay: £23,000.00 per year
