Here at **Field Sales Solutions,** we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a** Finance Assistant**

**This role is in our Finance department based at our Head Office in Thame, Oxfordshire and will, after training also offer hybrid working (Office / WFH).**

In return we can offer you a competitive salary of **£25,000 - £30,000 DOE** per annum plus benefits.**

This is your opportunity to work for Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company. We work in partnership with some of the biggest, most exciting brands out there.

This is a new role, which is required as Field Sales Solutions has grown. The role will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within the business, working as part of a cohesive & collaborative team.

**What you will be doing as our Finance Assistant?**
- Acting as the first point of contact for our largest client - monthly reconciliations & forecasting.
- Developing additional ad hoc reporting
- Sales Ledger - raising of sales invoices.
- Purchase Ledger - formatting invoices for our fleet suppliers.
- Payroll - compiling information for our Republic of Ireland payroll, cover for UK payrolls and other payroll duties.
- Ad hoc duties as required by a member of the Finance Team in managing workflows within a small team.
- Providing a high degree of customer service for all queries
- General administrative duties

**What are we looking for in our Finance Assistant?**
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Reconciling actual costs to budgets.
- Experienced multi-tasker
- Well organised - with the ability to work individually and as part of a team, sometimes under pressure. The ability to work within both an open office environment and from home (good wifi at home is essential)
- Be able to handle all confidential material / information, with total and absolute discretion at all times.
- Minimum of 2 year’s financial experience is desirable.
