The Role - Team Administrator
Salary - £23- £24k depending on experience
Location - Glasgow City Centre (Hybrid Working)
Hours - 09.00-17.30 - Monday to Friday
Our client is a successful and award-winning contemporary Architects based in Glasgow city centre. As such they are known for their cost effective but bespoke design services.
The role itself is going to be a busy one where you will be involved in all areas of the business.
The role will suit someone who has strong communication skills and loves to get involved in multiple projects simultaneously.

**No two days will be the same in this role but please see an overview of tasks involved: -**:
- Answering incoming calls to the business
- Meeting and greeting guests visiting the office
- Assisting with the production of documentation using the MS Office Suite and InDesign
- Overseeing project files
- Organising hospitality for meetings
- Diary management - meeting room set up
**Key Skills: -**:
- Great communication skills and an ability to communicate with people of all levels
- Experience using MS Office Suite including Excel & PowerPoint
- Previous experience of using InDesign would be beneficial but training can be provided
- Adaptability to change and the ability to prioritise workload
- Administration experience (work or study)
- Ability to use own initiative
