Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working for a leading business in the East Grinstead area who are currently in search of an Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent part time basis ideally for 3 days per week

**Position**:
Administration and Accounts Assistant working in the Admin team and reporting to the Commercial Director.

The applicant will join an Admin team of 5 at a long established financially strong company that develops cutting edge Software Systems.

**Duties**:

- To assist the Commercial Director, collating time sheets and invoicing their hours and travel costs to clients
- Booking hotels and flights
- Checking and posting purchase invoices into the accounts
- Subject to skills generally act as a PA / Admin support to one of the Directors

**Essential skills / Experience**:

- Microsoft Office, with a working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ideally be available to work Wednesday / Thursday and Friday

**Desirable skills / Experience**:

- Working knowledge of Sage 50 accounts
- Knowledge and understanding of Admin office practices

**What's in it for you?**
- Salary of £20K - £25K per annum (pro rata for a 3 or 4 day week)
- 4 weeks holiday rising with service to a total of 6 weeks
- No weekend working
- Parking on site
