Reed Supply Chain are looking for a Production Planner to work for a leading manufacturer. Offering a **4-day working week**, currently working on a **Hybrid** Working basis. A forward-thinking company with a clear progression opportunity after the first year of employment. This role is based in Bridgend.

**Responsibilities**:

- working with SCM naval warfare production line which has different lead times manufacturing processes.
- Capacity planning generation and maintenance of key metrics.
- Work closely with the Procurement Operations Team, to ensure material availability for job start date is achieved.
- Key customer demand management and forecast maintenance.
- Building ERP production scenario models for potential or project orders

**Requirements for the Job**
- 2 + Years manufacturing experience.
- Open to a challenging environment.
- ERP / MRP system management experience, ideally Syspro
- Good understanding of purchasing requirements and techniques.
- Good understanding of reading drawings, including multiple level BOM structures
