**Some Essential Information about the role**:
**Salary scale**: £24,000 to £28,000 (pro-rata based on 40 hrs). Starting salary depends on previous relevant experience.

**Work Location**: 1 day per week / per fortnight office-based (Spencer Rd, L'Derry)

4 days (per week) working from home

Expenses will be paid for travel to Head Office and hours of work for hybrid worker will be adjusted to allow for travel time.

Excellent commission potential on meeting reasonable lead generation targets

Also excellent commission potential on individual and team targets.

You will aim to significantly increase the number of customers using O2 / FTZ Ltd Business Products & Services by creating confirmed leads to Business Development Managers who will work with you to join an award-winning network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create valuable leads by cold calling businesses
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads for further follow-up
- You will assist the Business Development Managers in securing and managing client accounts;
- You will actively seek to close your own sales for small-scale business contracts;
- You will use account management software (CRM) to effectively manage client accounts;
- You will play an integral role within our sales team, working towards achieving individual and team targets, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement in the long-term
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in Salesforce or similar CRM system

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Previous sales / outbound calling experience;
- Strong work ethic and resilience;
- Good team worker and ability to perform within a growing team
- Strong willingness to help grow the business

**Desirable Criteria**

Experience of B2B sales / Lead Generation experience
