Lettings Administrator

This is a great opportunity to join our client; a leading real estate firm in the area with a stellar reputation who are looking for a talented Property Administrator to join their growing real estate team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth company operations and excellent service.
You will work closely with their sales, lettings, and property management professionals to assist with documentation, communications, scheduling, and organisation of details.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Preparing and proofreading contracts, listings, and correspondence
- Organising documents both digitally and physically
- Managing calendars, appointments, and staff schedules
- Answering phones and directing inquiries appropriately
- Supporting team members with presentations, mailings, and day-to-day needs
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years administrative experience, ideally in real estate
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite
- Organised with ability to multi-task effectively
- Upbeat customer service orientation
- Reliable team player who takes initiative
