My high-end client is looking for a Lettings Administrator to join there team. You must have very strong admin skills along with great customer service and high attention to detail.
**Lettings Administrator Experience, Duties and Attributes**:
- **Highly organised person**:
- **Strong Administration Skills**:
- **Passion for property**:
- **Strong customer service skills**:
- **Work well under pressure, in a busy environment**:
- **Prepare initial invoices, standing orders and rent demands for tenants**:
- **Follow up on credit reference responses**:
- **Produce deed of guarantee document and send for signature or prepare up front rental payment invoice**:
- **Deal with telephone enquiries when needed**:
- **Support the Senior Tenancy Processor to administer new tenancies**:
- **Draft appropriate tenancy agreement**:
- **Prepare initial invoices, standing orders and rent demands for tenants**
