Our client have been operating in the food and lifestyle market for the last 10 years, they are now looking to expand their team by recruiting a Marketing Business Development Manager professional to work alongside the Founder of business.
- Preparing tactical strategies to improve brand marketing
Key responsibilities include: -- Marketing, Operations and Business development, events planning, PR and all communications.
- Senior marketing executive experience with a passion for Brand Management, who also enjoys service messaging, business communications, events planning ,PR
- Oversee daily operations, including staff, traders, marketing campaigns, onboarding new traders
- Enhancing the strong product offer
Key skills include: -- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- In-depth understanding of data and demographics & how to articulate in a presentation
- Understanding of a variety of marketing channels - especially digital
- Copywriting skills and story telling
- Able to monitor and report spending against budgets
- Ability to work independently and work under pressure
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and be reactive
- Social media skills and knowledge with a focus on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
- Database contact creation and market research to support business development
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and AdWords
