We are now looking to recruit a Retail Team Leader on a fixed term 12 month contract to cover maternity leave.

The Retail Team Leader will be responsible for the retail operation and also maintaining the supply and demand of inventory ensuring that there are adequate stocks available to purchase, reflected accurately in the stock file. They will also be responsible for organising the dispatch of online orders.

Essential experience/skills
- Stock control experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in administrating an online shop
- A passion for the role and the ability to inspire both visitors and colleagues, encouraging them with their passion.
- Enthusiasm for providing a superb visitor experience
- Experience in a customer service environment in a similar post
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills
- Experience using EPOS systems
- An ability to work on own initiative
- A responsible, professional, and positive attitude.
- Reliability and flexibility in working hours (rota’d weekends).
- Good administrative skills and attention to detail

35 hours per week across 5 days, Monday - Sunday. To include weekends, school holidays, match days and evening events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £23,965.00-£28,194.00 per year
