_We're recruiting for a hands-on, people person to join our Support and Resettlement Team. _
- **Job purpose **_
- Manage a small caseload from intake to move-on by:

- Providing a range of practicable support services tailored to individuals’ needs; and
- Supporting individuals to access services provided by other agencies that will help them achieve the changes they are striving to make in their lives.
- Supporting individuals to maintain their Licence Agreement while living in Branches hostel.
- **About you**_
- Can provide consistently great levels of meaningful service support and advice for the client group; and
- Have excellent communication skills, able to adapt your communications appropriately according to individuals’ needs; and
- Are resilient, not put off by setbacks, and able to cope with unplanned changes that can arise when working in a hostel; and
- Are innovative, able to think out-of-the-box and take the initiative in your day-day work.

Branches hostel is in Waltham Forest, northeast London. We provide short-term accommodation, support, advocacy and counselling for former rough sleepers and single homeless people. We are the only hostel in the borough accepting people with multiple complex needs - mental health, alcohol and substance use.
