The role will be working alongside an experienced Administration team, providing full Administration support to the company's Financial Adviser's.

You will be responsible for:

- Setting up meeting packs, processing business, liaising with providers, Valuations, data entry and updating the CRM system etc.
- You will be working very closely with a book of HNW clients; answering general queries as well as booking appointments with the Financial Planner etc.

Ideally, we are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator with a strong technical knowledge, as well as an excellent communicator who is able to build a good client relationship.

There will be plenty of opportunity for ambitious and talented individuals to progress in the future with career paths into technical roles such as a Paraplanner or even Advisory positions. You will also be supported with study towards the CII Diploma Financial Planning and beyond.

The client is offering an excellent basic salary to £27,000 + bonus and good company benefits including Company Pension, Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Private Medical Insurance, Generous Holiday Entitlement, Critical Illness Cover, Travel & Dental Insurance & numerous other benefits.

They are also offering a flexible working option with a 2/3 day split between home & office.
