The Queen's Head at Bramfield near Halesworth is a friendly fresh food pub/restaurant offering all day higher end pub dining. The pub is grade 2 listed and the kitchen benefits from a lovely view of the gardens.

We're looking someone to join our brilliant existing kitchen brigade, who will help you settle in and learn the ropes. You’ll ideally have at least a years experience working in a commercial kitchen already but a 'can do' attitude and the ability to learn new tasks is more important. You’ll be reasonably flexible with working arrangements and have a love for food and cooking with a good grasp of Health and Hygiene procedures.

We operate only straight shifts (no splits, unless you want them) in our light, bright kitchen, and the role involves preparing dishes for our customers and also prepping and cleaning. Full training will be given, and you'll need to be keen, reliable and able to work as part of our busy but calm kitchen team, reporting to the Head Chef.

We offer 5.6 weeks holiday per annum plus tips, staff outings and free food when working over a 6 hour shift. Shifts will never end any later than 10pm or start before 9am.

We are an independent pub and not part of a chain or group, therefore we encourage creativity and initiative.

Part-time hours: 25 - 30 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
