Executive Chef

Job Summary:

Rayment Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our client's team in a commercial kitchen environment. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
• Support management of stock and monitoring of wastage
• Provide input in the planning and implementation of menu ideas
• Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure a memorable guest experience
• Cover a variety of shifts per week, including bank holidays and weekends

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar environment
• Hands-on approach with experience of a commercial kitchen
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of quality
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
