**Job Overview**:
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in the residential property industry? If so, we’d love you to join our team as a Move Coordinator. In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for orchestrating seamless move-in and move-out processes for occupants residing on the AST side of our Estate. Your efforts will ensure that our properties meet the highest standards and that tenants have a smooth transition in and out of their homes.

**Salary**: £29,000.00

This is an on-site role mainly working Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm with some potential weekend work required.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Move Management**: Coordinate move-ins and move-outs on a weekly basis, ensuring check-in and check-out reports are booked and completed promptly.
- **Autonomous Scheduling**: Independently arrange all inspections, demonstrating autonomy in prioritization and diary management.
- **Report Accuracy**: Ensure the accuracy of check-in and check-out reports for tenants and landlords, providing reliable references at the end of tenancies.
- **Deposit Management**: Assess properties at the end of tenancies to determine accurate deductions due to the landlord, collaborating with the refurbishment department to finalize and assess costs and damages.
- **Performance Targets**: Work toward company-set KPIs and targets related to deductions and cost recovery.
- **Tenant Relations**: Liaise with tenants throughout the end-of-tenancy process, addressing queries and facilitating a smooth transition.
- **Tenant Referencing**: Complete all tenant referencing for outgoing tenants.
- **System Management**: Keep the system up to date, ensuring all move-outs are finalized in a timely manner.
- **Dispute Resolution**: Handle any disputes raised by tenants with the TDS scheme regarding end-of-tenancy deductions.
- **Mid-Term Inspections**: Conduct mid-term inspections when required, reporting findings to the management team for action.
- **Issue Reporting**: Report any issues found in apartments to management promptly.
- **Reporting**: Provide monthly reports to the Tenancy Progression Team lead.
- **Budget Adherence**: Work toward achieving overall business-set budgets and targets within the leasing team.
- **Communication**: Communicate with tenants regarding reports, meter readings, and updates to the system as needed.
- **Refurbishment Liaison**: Collaborate with refurbishment teams on costs, dilapidations, and newly turned stock.
- **Property Handback**: Report issues regarding property handback to relevant departments, ensuring necessary works are carried out and meet move-in requirements.

**Skills & Experience**:
**Must-Haves**:

- Experience in completing inventory reports.
- Proficiency in using Office 365 for day-to-day activities and reporting.
- Relevant AST and industry experience.
- Experience in dealing with tenancy deposits.

**Desired**:

- Experience in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) industry.
