**Are you a HR Administrator who is looking to expand their knowledge in a fast-paced environment?**

Reed HR are excited to be working with a leading public services entity based in Birmingham who are looking to recruit for an interim HR Administrator on a 8 - 12 week fixed term contract with the likelihood of it being extended.

**Salary** - £14.00 per hour

**Hours** - 8:30am - 4:30pm (Hybrid working)

**Location** - Birmingham City Centre

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role will be working alongside the HRBP's within the business to assist with day-to-day HR queries and the continuous improvement on procedures within the business.
- Working alongside the HRBP to assist with key generalist duties and providing first line support to managers within the business
- Organising L&D events (liaison with suppliers, and adding to the events calendar etc)
- Assisting with Case management
- Assisting with payroll
- Working to continuously improve procedures within the business such as recruitment, learning and development and onboarding
- Handling queries from managers and employees within the business
- Working closely with colleagues to assist with system management and answering HR queries from a shared inbox

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Level 3 CIPD minimum
- Basic DBS Certificate (Can be obtained)
- Proven experience working as a supportive HR Administrator
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding and experience of case management
- Confident with systems including Microsoft software
