The People Operations Coordinator is a key contributor in delivering the organisation's staffing and recruitment operation.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the People Operations Coordinator are to;
- Effective use of all recruitment channels to maximise volume and quality of applicants generated.
- Attending successful recruitment campaigns at off-site venues, including University open days.
- Delivering or facilitating effective training to team members where appropriate to match skill sets required for assignments.
- Attending on-site check-ins when required.

**Profile**

The successful People Operations Coordinator will be;
- Organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Decisiveness and acts promptly under pressure.
- Ability to manage a substantial workload and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and think laterally.
- Confident in managing expectations with superb attention to detail.
- Ambitious with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Experience of working under pressure and deploying a flexible approach to changing priorities.

**Job Offer**

The People Operations Coordinator will be offered;
- £25,000 - £35,000 salary DOE
- Permanent role
- 40 hours per week, rotating weekends, shift patterns - 7am - 3pm, 9am - 5pm, 11am - 7pm
- Fully on site - Brand new office
