**About The Role**
Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will lead and deliver the College’s Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) strategy, ensuring all learners receive high quality IAG and that the College meets and exceeds the national Matrix standard.

You will promote local support services and build and maintain highly effective relationships with employers, external partners and stakeholders that lead to successful outcome opportunities for all learners.

You should have proven successful experience of delivering careers information, advice, and guidance in one-to-one and group settings to a diverse range of adults, ideally within the further education/ACE sector along with a careers guidance and development qualification.

New Directions College delivers adult skills, community learning and apprenticeships to almost 1500 learners across Reading.
