**The role**:
In this position you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support as well as being the first point of contact for HR queries including hire to retire cycle, advising on policies, processes and procedures.

You will support HCD Business Partners in the day-to-day operations of their HCD function. It adds value by working on system and process improvements and there is scope for involvement in HCD projects.

**What you will do**:

- Responsible for administrative tasks for full Hire to Retire employee cycle.
(preparation of employment contracts, right to work checks, processing of starters and leavers, probation reminders, changes in salary, promotions, transfers, any other contractual changes, reference letters)
- Maintain employee data in Workday (HRIS system) including monthly payroll actions, working closely with managers to complete processes in Workday in a timely manner to drive data accuracy.
- Support with ongoing maintenance of Workday by working with Workday team to raise and resolve issues and errors.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintaining electronic employee files.
- Handling general administrative tasks
(checking and account assignment of invoices, preparation of reports and statistics, maintain accurate and updated organisation charts)
- Member of HCD project groups for HCD relevant topics including on-boarding, induction day, parental leave, training)
- Supporting HCD Managers with annual processes.
- First point of contact for employees on all personnel-related issues
- Collaboration/contact with/to external parties
(external occupational health provider, training providers)

**What you need**:

- BA Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Desire to have or working towards CIPD qualification preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in an HR-administrative role supporting a fast paced international business and HCD Team
- Good knowledge of HR processes and basic UK labour law.
- Experience with HR-Systems, preferably Workday
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Languages desirable but not essential (Dutch or German)
- Focused on the details and commited to data accuracy
- Able to multitask across a varied range of activities.
- People Skills - Patient, tactful and diplomatic
- Drive for Results - Deliver to timelines and commitments
