A multi-site operation, situated in **Holbeach Hurn** and **Fosdyke **Lincolnshire, we consist of a 6,500 acre farming operation, joint ventures in fresh produce and four factories, employing over 600 people that package fresh, wholehead and prepared vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers.

**The Role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Skilled Operative** to join our Team in **Holbeach Hurn**, working **06.00 to 18.00 **on a **4on/4off** shift pattern.

You will play a vital role within our business, working on a production line and in a production team to ensure products are made to high standards. You will be working in a small / line team ensuring Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures are always followed, working closely with the line leader and Quality Control to achieve the best we can and supply the customer with the standard of product they require.

**Dependant on area of work (cooking area, despatch area and mixing area), duties could include**:

- Completion of for all basic paperwork relating to task
- Ensuring correct ingredients are collect from the stores to the areas and returned
- Labels issuing to the areas and changing labels on applicators
- Loading raw material onto cooking trays and putting into cooking racks
- Operating a simple to use DD oven with cooking programmes
- Transferring small racks of product into the chiller
- De-canting finished product into tote bins
- Mixing ingredients to specification
- Ensuring the area is operated in a safe and tidy manner

**About you**
- Basic understanding of machines and using tools is ideal but full training will be given
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn new skills
- Able to work on own initiative and follow clear instructions
- A can do attitude is a must
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Will be able to follow the required quality and hygiene standards
