Warehouse Supervisor

**Shears Brothers Transport** is in need of a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

Working from our site at Bournemouth international airport you would be required to work Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the storage and pick & pack operation to customer specifications and requirements
- Oversee morning and second run driver operation (driver load out and workloads)
- Oversee Health & Safety - ensuring a safe and legally compliant business operation
- Ensure depot scanning compliance is maintained and completed daily
- Complete reports as required and undertake stock counts and reconciliations on a daily/weekly basis as set by the Warehouse Manager
- Ensure staffing levels meet requirements - RTW (Return To Work) interviews are completed and absence recorded/reported.

You would have preferably worked within a transport office environment before and have a good knowledge within the transport & logistics industry. Good computer skills and a good communicator both, verbally and written.

You will be working in a high paced environment and would need to cope well under pressure.
