HR Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to work for a fantastic company based in Cambridge. The role is a new position to support the HR Director. They’re ideally looking for someone who can start straight away or within a short notice period.
**Typical duties include**:
- Producing job adverts and liaising with recruitment agencies where required.
- Helping with payroll preparations
- Assisting with any employee relations issues
- Day to day inputting of relevant HR Data and updating company spreadsheets.
- Ad hoc duties as and when required.
- Previous HR experience
- Previous payroll processing experience
- Proactive and willing to help wherever possible.
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic with a desire to develop professionally.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cambridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
