Hours of work: 8:30-16:30 or 8:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday

**Duties & Responsibilities of the HR Administrator**
- Adapting a “right first time” approach to all communications ensuring accuracy in the information given to ensure accurate HR records for all employees.
- Assist the team in an array of areas such as recruitment, learning and development and ad hoc project work.
- Support the Head of HR and HR Office Manager in ensuring 100% compliance with the establishments safer recruitment policies and procedures across all recruitment processes.
- Promote a culture of positive HR by building and maintaining a solid working relationship with all colleagues.
- Produce personnel-related reports from iSAMS (e.g., daily absence and share with relevant members of staff.
- Advise managers and colleagues on HR-related queries, such as family leave entitlements, absence, flexible working requests and professional discussions, providing best practice guidance in line with the establishment's policies.
- Produce communications to staff in writing when required (e.g., family leave entitlements, resignation acknowledgements).
- Supporting the administration of staff development which includes booking courses, liaising with providers, raising purchase order numbers, arranging in-house training courses and logging CPD on the database.
- Update the establishments Wellbeing Hub ensuring the information on there is relevant and appropriate.
**Duties and Responsibilities of the HR Administrator in relation to recruitment**
- Liaise with hiring managers where a vacancy has been identified and process the job description through to a live vacancy and advertise on all relevant recruitment platforms keeping hiring managers up to date with the process of their vacancy.
- Prepare and send the offer documents and gather all relevant pre-employment checks, updating the single central register as checks are completed.
- Work alongside relevant colleagues to deliver induction days for new staff.
**Requirements for this role**
- Prior and demonstrable experience in an administration role
- Able to work accurately and meet deadlines
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good team player
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Flexible and willing to help with various activities
- Great attention to detail
- Consistently act with honesty and integrity
