Atrium Healthcare, recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, is excited to welcome enthusiastic Support Workers to provide nurturing care and support to these incredible young individuals.

**Your Role**:
As a Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a warm, nurturing environment for the children under our care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a professional parent, offering compassionate care and guidance to each young person.
- Implementing a child-centred approach to promote healthy growth and development.
- Establishing clear and consistent boundaries to ensure a safe and secure environment for every child to thrive.
- Being an active team player, participating in team meetings, training sessions, and other collaborative activities.
- Demonstrating flexibility by covering shifts when needed, ensuring consistent care for our young ones.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
