My client, based in Southam, has enjoyed significant growth in recent years and they now wish to expand their finance team of 10 by recruiting an additional Credit Controller to join the part-time Sales Ledger Clerk.

The role is predominantly office based, though working from home is not uncommon, providing there is cover in the office.

The team are friendly and motivated, and you would also interact with the sales team on a regular basis.

We are specifically looking for someone who is already experienced in Credit Control and duties will include:

- Resolving customer queries to enable payment to be made.
- Reconciling accounts.
- Reducing debtor days by pro-active Credit Control.
- Cash allocation.
- Reporting on cash flow.

There will also be the opportunity to learn other roles within the finance team, both to ensure that other duties are covered in your colleague's absence, but also to increase your own experience.

This company offers a very generous benefits package as follows:

- Annual bonus of 5-10% based on company & individual performance.
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (rising to 26 in year 2).
- 1pm finish on a Friday.
