**Customer Service Coordinator**

**The Company**

Qualita is an established furniture manufacturer & wholesaler making cabinet furniture for major High Street retailers in the UK and abroad. Our factory is based in Lithuania, but we also source products from factories in Europe and Asia. At each stage of the manufacturing process, we exercise a high level of quality control guaranteeing that the products arrive without defects.

We hold stock in different countries, and we also have a distribution centre in the UK, London. Our dedicated delivery and customer service team deal with any queries and can rectify any problems that may occur.

In addition to our own brand, Qualita holds an exclusive license to design, source and distribute Laura Ashley branded cabinet furniture. The company also holds a license to source and supply classic cabinet ranges to retailers under the
Winsor name.

**The role**
- Monitor and support external courier processes to manage the cost and ensure the efficient running of product supply to customers.
- Dealing with Customer Service matters; liaising with retailers and on occasions end users as well as the production team to manage enquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintaining a supply of swatches and spare parts and posting them to clients and customers where required.
- Answer lead time queries from clients as well as providing accurate updates in relation to their orders’ statuses.
- Follow up with clients or the sales team for any outstanding detail holding back newly received purchase orders and ensuring systems are correspondingly updated.
- Overseeing our in-house Delivery Team and organising their work schedule.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
- Polite and professional communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- A problem-solving approach to work; ability to quickly identify problems, think flexible and resolve issues.
- Comfortable working independently and part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Adaptable to learn internal software packages.

**Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and / or office administration role.
- Previous experience of Cabinet Furniture sales or production environment would be beneficial.

**Job Type**:

- Based in Battersea, London but with a move to Mitcham, Surrey in the near future.
- Full-time, Permanent
- 5 days / 40 hrs per week including some Saturdays
- Reporting to UK Head of Sales

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
