**Are you an experienced recruitment professional looking for a new challenge within a local authority where you can add real value to our people and community?**

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Talent Attraction Advisor to work alongside our Children & Families service to offer a tailored recruitment support service.

This a fast paced and exciting position working within our newly formed Talent Attraction Team who are integral to the smooth running and future of the organisation.

**The role of Talent Attraction Advisor**
- Working with key stakeholders to take briefs of job vacancies
- Create enticing job adverts to sell our roles and highlight the benefits of working for the council
- Working alongside the service and talent manager to devise campaigns for hard to fill roles
- Supporting hiring managers where required with shortlisting, interviewing and verbal offers of employment
- Experience working within a recruitment environment, either internally or in an agency setting.
- A positive “can-do” attitude
- A great communicator at all levels across key stakeholders
- A good level of written English
