**What will you be doing?**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage and lead the Tech-M partner team of 8 direct reports.
- Responsible for sizing and impact assessing new demands/catalogue propositions. Alongside that you will be accountable for resource, capacity planning and allocation.
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
- Manage the test and release activities for product catalogue.
- Key point of contact for digital catalogue testing and release scheduling, reporting defects and relevant associated documentation.
- Collaborate and build relationships with product owners, scrum masters, commercial to prioritise backlogs and new demand.
- Lead on resolution of conflicts and blockers within Digital environments.
- Support Catalogue team with implementing changes efficiently and effectively.
- Consistently meet deliverables for quality standards and deadlines within Digital.
- Develop a productive and encouraging environment to empower the Catalogue team to own products they work on.
- Ensure quality assurance across digital platforms - MVA, eCare, Reinvent, eShop, Broadband, Apollo DaaS, Maac, AOM.
- Responsible for maintaining and driving sprint (Agile) back logs.
- Accountable for managing deployments across integration, System integration, development, Pre prod and production environments.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience in release management.
- Experience managing stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- Experience in automation testing.
- Ability to deliver volume changes often in a short time frame. This role is fast paced and requires someone with great adaptability skills.
- Experience using AWS.
- Experience in VSTS pipelining.
