To provide effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support to the Assistant Director Primary Care Contracting. Lead responsibility for administration and coordination of HR / Personnel issues for Primary Care Contracting and its staff

As well as providing comprehensive secretarial support to the Assistant Director Primary Care Contracting, this post carries the lead responsibility for the administration and coordination of all HR / Personnel issues for PCC and its staff. By the nature of the duties, you will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with all contacts, using the telephone and in writing, with courtesy and discretion at all times.

You will also have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, using discretion, judgment and initiative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential together with a keen eye for detail, with the ability to process and generate urgent and routine correspondence. You will also have knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.

This post is an integral part of the team and essential to support the work of the Primary Care Contracting Team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
