Night Care Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Night Care Assistants. As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in our residential Care Home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
**Duties**:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Help residents with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications according to care plans
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care is preferred
- Basic IT skills to record resident information accurately
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with residents and their families
- Familiarity with working in a care home setting is an advantage
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
