As an Facilities Management Business Partner, you will:

- Accountable for the delivery of the FM strategy and plan to a consistent and high standard
- Work collaboratively and proactively with colleagues from across the business to ensure that our FM services are constantly set up to support our trading business deliver their plans
- Reviewing planned and reactive works to ensure that we maintain minimum standards, achieve best value for the Society and minimise disruption and risk to our trading businesses
- Making meaningful site visits 4-5 days per week across the allocated estate to undertake audits, identify defects using an array of surveying tools
- Engage locally with colleagues to drive a greater understanding of their role in maintaining our properties and assets, and how they can support with achieving our energy reduction/ESG targets.
- Using insights from our business units and be responsible for shaping and delivering operational plans to support peak trading periods and critical incident management.
- Provide out of hours FM cover in line with agreed rota.
- Own the commercial relationship with our supplier partners in collaboration with the Cost Manager and Procurement. Contribute to supplier relationship management to manage escalations, drive supplier performance, innovation, and cost management

**About You**:

- Outstanding engagement and relationship management skills, and a rich pedigree in monitoring and maintaining property and assets across a large and diverse portfolio.
- Strong organisation skills and be comfortable with managing multiple workstreams and priorities.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure that our estate is safe and legal for our colleagues and customers, and that it meets ou minimum standards.
- First class influencing and negotiation skills to ensure that we deliver the right FM solution, at the right time, and within budget.
- Adept at managing internal and external partners, you’ll have the experience, knowledge, and drive to work independently and remotely; whilst also contributing to our wider Property
- Full Valid UK Driving License
