We are in search of a passionate and visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Admissions Revenue Management - Resorts. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the revenue and yield management strategies for our esteemed LEGOLAND Parks and Resort Theme Parks 'RTP' across the globe.
**About the Role**
As the Director of Admissions Revenue Management, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals responsible for optimizing admissions revenue across our Resorts. Your passion for revenue and analytics, coupled with your ability to uncover the "why" behind data trends, will be instrumental in driving best-in-class outcomes for our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for Admissions Revenue Management across our Resorts.
- Nurture talent development, including identifying and grooming future successors. Implement strategies to attract, empower, retain, and motivate team members.
- Foster an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity, integrity, collaboration, empowerment, and trust.
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies as needed, leveraging historical data, current trends, forecasts, and industry insights.
- Develop and implement pricing models, guidelines, and tools to maximize performance and revenue for the Resort.
- Ensure a balance between all attendance driving channels to optimize visitor volume and yield resort wide.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, analyse competitor pricing, research market dynamics and trends, investigate demand generators, develop forecasts, and study historical data.
- Support the launch of new products and promotions, coordinating their delivery to specified deadlines.
**About You**
- A Bachelors degree in a quantitative field or equivalent, ideally Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or Data Science.
- Significant senior level experience in pricing, consultancy, or revenue management, with a proven track record as an authentic, persuasive, and inclusive leader, fostering a highly skilled and collaborative team.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of various revenue drivers across multiple lines of business. Demonstrated business acumen, identifying new opportunities, and handling unexpected situations with ingenuity.
- Skilled and impactful communicator, both verbally and in writing, capable of delivering presentations to senior executives with poise and confidence.
- Proven ability to anticipate and address diverse consumer needs, coupled with exceptional influencing and partnering skills to achieve desired resolutions.
- Upholds unquestioned ethics and integrity.
- Experience using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx would be ideal, along with proven experience with dynamic pricing and advanced analytical methods.
- Previous involvement in forecasting and/or demand planning, ideally within the theme park and/or travel and tourism industry.
