**Collections Advisor**

**Salary**:PS24,000 - PS25,000 DOE, Overtime is available and paid at time and a half including weekends and bank holidays

**PS1,500 bonus paid after completion of a successful 6-month probation**

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm You will be required to work Saturdays and they are on a rota basis between the hours of 9:00am - 1:00pm

**Key Responsibilities**:
Negotiating payment plans.

Upselling existing products.

Allocating payments onto the ledger.

Placing restrictions on customer's services when payment is overdue.

A calm and clear telephone manner, being comfortable talking to colleagues and customers alike.

Able to listen, empathise, understand, and explain what you're doing.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong administrative skills.

Assertive and works well under pressure.

Ability to be able to work in a team and independently.
