Duties:

- Manage reception area and look after visitors.
- Answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary.
- Drafts, Formats and prints relevant documents.
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
- Interact with other departments and provide admin support.
- Supports with creating agendas and takes meeting notes.
- Assists in purchase orders.
- Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries.
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed.
- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms and providing documentation.
- Attends internal training and external workshops when requested.
- Other admin duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
