We aren’t looking for someone who wants instructions handing to them on a plate, we want someone who will fight tooth and nail to win the business and can demonstrate clearly to the clients why they deserve the instruction. We want someone who is genuinely a people person, who can nurture relationships and build on the fantastic reputation that this business has in the local community.

In addition, you will need to be:

- A natural salesperson, able to communicate at different levels with a vast array of clients
- Target driven and hungry to earn commission - deliver and you **will **be rewarded
- An ability to demonstrate a proven track record within the estate agency industry
- A positive motivator with a can do attitude and someone who thrives on success
- Someone who is ready to be hands on and lead by example
- A person who wants to be the best in the business and has the drive to deliver

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
