Founded in 2009 by dubstep heavyweights Flux Pavilion and Doctor P, Circus Records has established itself over 13 years as one of the world’s leading bass music labels. Circus releases music from both of these A-list artists alongside other stars of the bass scene such as Jessica Audiffred, Jantsen, Rusko and FuntCase. Maximum Boost, their associated management company manages the careers of Flux and Doctor P alongside other seminal electronic artists such as DJ Zinc and Low Steppa.

You’ll join a rapidly growing family of creative, music fanatics who love immersing themselves in all aspects of the industry and culture - be it attending gigs, meeting like minded professionals or playing big records on the office playlist.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Orchestrate and develop short-form visual content, music videos, visualisers, GIFs, memes, animated artwork, and other dynamic media assets.
- Collaborate with our marketing & digital marketing teams to create shareable content that engages and excites fans and sets our artists apart in a crowded marketplace.
- Analyse KPIs to ensure the success of each channel content strategy across multiple campaigns.
- Manage and create label and artist-driven strategies with an eye to the future and to keep pushing the boundaries of digital creation.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest platform developments and social trends in order to keep work fresh and relevant.
- Engage with a wider creative community to help leverage leading-edge creative content strategies for Circus artists.
- Collaborate in developing social campaigns for our artists across various channels and platforms.
- Utilise popular trends incorporating them into digital campaigns, make recommendations on new channels and create strategies to incorporate them.
- Manage and distribute content with label team internally and externally with artist and managers teams.
- Editing (and creating) reactive visual animated content to be synchronised with audio.
- Constantly seeking and developing new content opportunities across the Circus Records roster.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- An ideas and execution person, equally at home shooting and editing video, creating captions and headlines or writing copy.
- Experience of developing cutting edge digital content using Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign etc.
- Experience with creating content for social campaigns, supporting digital marketing.
- Photography skills would be beneficial.
- Up-to-date knowledge of what content works best and where.
- Knowledge of online social performance analytics with ability to make creative decisions based on this data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organised.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creative work.
- An electronic music-lover who has a strong understanding of the digital music landscape.
