Are you looking for a business administrative role whilst getting exposure to the HR administrative role?
We are seeking a competent and diligent individual to fulfil the Office administrative role whilst getting trained to prepare self to cover a HR Administrator area. This position requires a versatile professional who can effectively manage office administrative tasks while also handling various human resources functions.
**Responsibilities**:
Office Administration:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Ensure the tidiness and organization of the office space.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Human Resources:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
- Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee training sessions and events.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Undertake any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office administration and/or human resources roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is desirable.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Relevant qualifications in HR or Office Administration will be advantageous.
**Salary**: £22,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
