We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team to assist with the day-to-day running of our business.

We, ADL Crash Repairs, are a well established, family run company specialising in vehicle repairs in Ruislip.

We are based in our newly renovated premises within Braintree Road Industrial Estate, Ruislip, HA4 0EJ and are able to take on the right person with an immediate start.

The role will involve working with our friendly team on a full time basis.

Office Administrator responsibilities include:

- answer phone calls and provide updates to customers and various others on the progress of vehicle repairs
- place calls to customers to request images and arrange repair booking dates
- data input and ensure our online and paper filing systems up to date
- assist with invoicing

Office Administrator experience and skills required:

  • Proven work experience as an Admin Administrator or similar role
  • Good organisational and timemanagement abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills and confident to speak on the phone in a professional manner

Preferable: Knowledge of Excel

Preferable: Good data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors

- _Working hours: 8am to 6pm_

From £22,500.00 per year
