The successful applicant will be supported with professional examinations & will be offered a flexible timetable that allows adequate personal study time. You will receive supervision, access to an Eportfolio & be encouraged to join the established regional teaching programmes.
- Attend handover
- Attend / participate at cardiac arrest calls as part of the resuscitation team.
- Work with other members of the HOOH team to share tasks and cross cover as appropriate.
- Communicate continuously to ensure other members of the team are aware of the current position throughout the trust.
- Refer appropriately to Surgical or Medical Registrar linked to the HOOH team
- Support the F1 trainees attached to the HOOH team
- Support the activity on the Private Patient Unit if requested

The rota for the post will follow the provisional timetable shown below which includes prospective cover.

The post holder will have the opportunity to be involved in one of the many quick turnaround clinical research projects and the new style of Quality Improvement projects within The Trust or even regionally.
