We are currently recruiting for an Acute Care Director to join our senior leadership team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is a key role that requires a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our adult acute service and develop strategic plans to improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with ward managers, Heads of Nursing, and ASM colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.

The estimated salary for this position is £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience. We also offer a range of benefits including 27 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and access to our LGBT+ network, BAME Network, and Christian Network.
